Traditional art is made physically with real-world and conventional materials, like  paint, pencil, chalk, ink, etc. I love this kind of art because I feel more connected to it as I am working on it physically. While it is more challenging because it is not easy to fix big mistakes, the results are worth the struggles. Moreover, because it is not easy to undo errors, there is room to improvise and incorporate those mistakes into the piece, creating happy little accidents. This helps me think outside the box and keep an open mind.

The advancements in technology have taken over many fields over the years, art being one of them. The ability to make art on computer softwares has opened up many possibilities and opportunities for all artists. To me, digital art gives me freedom because nothing is permanent; if I don’t like something, I can always undo it. This lets me experiment without constraints and do things I would otherwise never think to try.

The world around us is ever-changing. Everyday, people change, ideals change, trends change, climates change, nature changes, and every single moment changes. Amongst all this change and movement, there is beauty in freezing a single moment, and observing it. That is why I love photography. The ability to take pictures and preserving those moments will always fascinate me.
